Instructions

  • Warm the Base
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  • Stir in your diced onion, cooking until it turns soft and translucent.
  • Brown the Chicken
  • Add cubed chicken, seasoning with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  • Cook until the chicken is golden on the edges. Then, mix in minced garlic for an extra minute of cooking.
  • Simmer with Rice
  • Pour chicken broth into the skillet and sprinkle in the rice.
  • Stir gently, bring to a light boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and let it simmer until the rice is tender, about 15–20 minutes.
