Ingredients

Instructions

Cut & Season

  • Dice chicken thighs into 1-inch chunks.
  • In a bowl, toss pieces with olive oil and BBQ seasoning until evenly coated.

Skewer Up

  • Thread seasoned chicken onto wooden or metal skewers.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Mix Butter Glaze

  • In a separate bowl, combine butter, parsley, roasted garlic paste, Parmesan cheese, buffalo sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir until smooth and well combined.

Grill & Brush

  • Place skewers on the grill, turning occasionally.
  • When chicken approaches 135°F (~57°C) internally, start brushing with the spicy garlic-parmesan butter.
  • Continue grilling and brushing until chicken reaches 165°F (~74°C).
