  • 4 % Fat Cottage Cheese 454g / 16 oz.
  • Provides a creamy richness that pairs surprisingly well with pineapple.
  • Canned Pineapple 1 can, ~397g / ~14 oz., drained
  • Adds bright juicy sweetness.
  • Mini Marshmallows 125g / ~1 cup

Instructions

  • Combine Gelatin & Whipped Topping
  • In a large bowl, mix together the dry pineapple gelatin and the thawed whipped topping. Use a rubber spatula, making sure to scrape down the sides until well blended.
  • Fold in Cottage Cheese
  • Gently fold the cottage cheese into the mixture. Stir until everything is nicely incorporated.
  • Add Pineapple & Marshmallows
  • Toss in the drained pineapple chunks and mini marshmallows. Fold carefully to distribute them evenly without deflating the fluff.
  • Chill or Serve
